Dear Riya,
you shouldn't need to compile flair-geoviewer for the source rpm package. You should be able to install it with the already compiled version: flair-geoviewer-2.3-0.x86_64.rpm. The command is:
rpm -ivh flair-geoviewer-2.3-0.x86_64.rpm

Dear FLUKA Experts,
I was trying to install fluka-2011.2x-6.x86_64.rpm in FEDORA 30. While typing the following command
rmpbuild --rebuild flair-geoviewer-2.3-0.src.rpm
the attached error was showing.
Can you please help me to solve the issue?
