I would like to ask about USRYIELD normalizatio for the next case

Is it right that as a result to get neutron spectra in neutrons per 
second I need to multiply Fluka result to N=FLUKA 
RESULT*6.28*(Emax-Emin)
Foe example from tab.lis
Emin                 Emax      dN/dx1dx2        neutrons per second
8.6516899E-05  9.8036500E-05   1797.440         1797.440*6.28* 
(9.8036500E-05-8.6516899E-05)
