The normalization is not correct and there is an error in the USRYIELD
definition:

For the normalization, quoting from from the manual:
" 6) In the case of polar angle quantities (|ie| or |ia| =
14,15,17,18,24,25) the differential yield is always referred to solid
angle in steradian, although input is specified in radian or degrees."
this means that the normalization for a full solid angle scoring
corresponds to 4*pi =~ 12.6

BUT: the angle is a "polar angle with respect to a direction". Thus the
full angular coverage is obtained with angles between 0 and pi , not
between 0 and 2*pi. Giving 2*pi (or 360 degrees) as upper limit produces
a crash, giving an angle next to 360 degrees gives wrong normalization.
We will protect this issue in the next respin.

So, please change the upper limit to pi, and use 4pi as normalization

Another warning: since you are scoring low energy neutrons,
in the tab and sum files you will also find values for all the 260 low
energy neutron groups, with their energy limits, up to 20 MeV, plus 15
intervals from 20 MeV to your maximum energy.
