Hi,
Did you mean the outgoing energy? Or the deposited energy?
With USRBIN scoring by region ( what(1)=12 with no lattice ) and what(3)=ENERGY you can get the energy deposited (GeV/primary) in each region of your target.
Depending where your primaries originate this could also serve as the way to determine the outgoing energy (via subtractions of energies in inclusive regions). Otherwise, the outgoing energy from each region could be estimated via usrbdx scoring or with mgdraw routine.
