please update to the last FLUKA version where you could find
1. lfluka: linker for the standard fluka executable
2. ldpmqmd: linker as above plus the external event generators DPMJET and RQMD
In previous versions ldpmqmd3 = ldpmqmd and ldpmqmd2 was used to link DPMJET-II.5 (not needed anymore with the last version of DPMJET)
According to your study, you need to choose one of the two linkers above.
Finally, lflukac — akin to lfluka + the old fashioned CERNLIB — is probably never needed (indeed is not even used by the default action of the makefile)
