Dear Eleni

I would recommend that you use available scoring options, such as USRBDX (scoring fluence or current on a boundary, also for angular intervals) or USRYIIELD. This is much safer, especially for beginners, than mgdraw or userdump.

Cheers
Stefan

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: userdump card creating unreadable output

Dear fluka users,
I would really appreciate your help in the following problem. I am a new fluka user and I would like to score directional cosines of a proton beam on several targets and I use the userdump card with all WHAT() stated properly. Although my results are reasonable (tested with other cards), the unformatted output file from userdump cannot be read with the suggested Data.py script that seems not to recognize the file.
(Everything is linked compiled and set properly). I have also tried to change the mgdraw.f file in order to print in formatted form, but fluka could not run with it. Could anyone help me by suggesting what the problem may be?
Thank you in advance for your time,
best regards!
Eleni Mitsi
