Our colleagues from PAL/Pohang might be able to add more as they have been very active in providing experimental data and in benchmarking different Monte Carlo (FLUKA among others) to nuclide production in lead. As a start, some information is shown in NIMB 386 (2016) 54.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Benchmarks on Pb activation with proton beams
Dear all,
I am looking for benchmark studies focusing on the residual nuclei production in lead following proton beam irradiation.
Attached an example where FLUKA results for Polonium production were compared against experimental measurements performed on samples taken from the PSI's spallation target SINQ.
Are you aware of similar studies focusing on other nuclides produced via direct proton irradiation of bulk lead (e.g. Bi-207, H-3, etc.)?
