The error code is still there because in the PHYSICS EVAPORAT card you
have what(1)=2,, which means evaporation only of light fragments, not
heavy ones.
If you look in the release notes, you'll see that the mandatory cards are
PHYSICS 3.0 EVAPORAT
PHYSICS 1.0 COALESCE

I see that you are requesting a beam of alpha particles and at the same
time you give the heavy ion definition for americium. The two things do
not match: one should either ask for a simple monochromatic alpha "beam"
or for the decay of Am.
If you wish to have a simple monochromatic alpha, you do not need HI-PROPE
and RADDECAY.

If you wish to have Am decay, first of all please note that you have to
download the latest release, because alpha radiation emission was not
included in fluka2011.2x
With fluka 2020, you'll get the alphas from all the radioactive chain
starting from Am down to stable nuclei.
In this case, you'll have to ask for a beam with SDUM=ISOTOPE, (leave all
WHATS blank) and give, as you already do, the A and Z in the HI-PROPE
card.
The card RADDECAY is needed here, and your card is correct. Conversely the
IRRPROFI card shall not be used: it applies to the production of
radioctive isotopes, while here we already start from a radioactive
isotope.
Please check also the DELTARAY and DCYSCORE cards, maybe I got them
corrupted because there are missing values.

(from the website), and , as always, look in the manual
