Hi Witness,
Since you installed Ubuntu, first get acquainted with it (Ubuntu) and install gfortran. You must get a version equal or newer than 8.3.

Because the fluka design and development base on the Linux system, so it couldn"t run
on the windows system.But you can install a Linux system just like the Ubuntu in you computer
to form a dual system .
