I confirm that you can install Fluka2020 (and Flair 2.3.0) in CentOS 7.
As of ~2 weeks ago the latest gfortran version that you could get in CentOS 7 was "GNU Fortran (GCC) 9.1.1 20190605 (Red Hat 9.1.1-2)” (using devtoolset-9), so the FLUKA version for 8.3 can be used (but not that for 9.2).

I tried compiling fluka2020.0beta under Scientifc linux.
I have successfully installed gcc, gfortran 9.20.
When trying to compile I have the following errors:
