Hi Muhammad,
For FLUKA only (not Flair) many versions/distributions are OK. In most cases, you will need to upgrade the gfortran compiler via devtools or similar, though.
For Flair you might have problems with some distributions, e.g. tk-imaging (or alternatives) not found in Centos8 or some late versions of Ubuntu.
Right now I can tell you that Fluka/Flair (INFN) work fine in Centos7 and several Fedora versions. But please keep in mind that this changes very frequently as versions of Linux / packages are updated, etc.
