Hello,

This functionality does not exist in FLUKA. However, you may convolute the tracklength values with existing cross section evaluated data and obtain reaction rate.

Kind regards,
Ricardo

Objet : [fluka-discuss]: to obtain reaction rate

Dear Fluka experts:

I want to calculate the reaction rate in one region, the formula is like this:

[cid:72736cce$1$1714974047d$Coremail$13691416247$ciae.ac.cn]

V means volume of the region

cross-section(E) means the cross section of particle with the materials in the region

n means atomic nucleus number of the material, if the material has a few isotopes, n shauld be like the [cid:598552eb$2$171497c43a0$Coremail$13691416247$ciae.ac.cn]

it can be obtained using USRTRACK card, but how to multiply cross section in fluka2020?

in mcnp/x, it can be done by multiply MT(as in ENDF-6) or FM(mcnp/x only)

in phits, it can be done by using Multiplier section(the cross section data need user to obtain)

in geant4,it can be done by multiply cross section data

do fluka2020 obtain this function?

with best regards!
