These are not error messages. This always occurs when you run FLUKA
starting from the $FLUPRO directory: the code alerts that it is not going
to create links to files which are already there.
Actually it is recommended to run FLUKA from different directories. For
instance a good practice, to have a tidy bookeeping and to avoid the risk
of messing the $FLUPRO directory, is to create a specific directory for
each different case you are going to run. There you put your flair file,
input, geometry etc and run FLUKA.
