Hi Johannes,

this part is still experimental and undocumented. You can perform this =
kind of plots by exporting the geometry to Povray (from flair =
File->Export->Povray). For the moment it accepts only geometries without =
parenthesis. It will create two files one .pov and one .inc. The first =
one contains the geometry and the second the material, camera, light and =
general scene definitions. You have to manually modify these text files =
for the correct illumination, material properties, camera location and =
then run povray (www.povray.org) to generate the image. I have also an =
auxiliary program that converts the USRBIN data in a format the povray =
understands as 3D mapping.

It is in my ToDo list to make a high level graphical interface inside =
flair, but it won't be available in the near future.

Cheers
Vasilis

Hello everybody,
I have a rather general question concerning one of the flair screens
shots. If one has a look at the different screen shots there is a
photo realistic image of the USRBIN data as surface map. How are those
3D plots done (I am referring to screen shot number 12) or where can I
read more about it?
Thanks, Johannes
