Please find attached a small image with a simple walkthrough:
1 - find on the top right corner menu of flair the "Compile" section;
2 - add your source file;
3 - link ldpmqmd for enabling ion-ion interactions above 125 MeV/n, or use lfluka if you do not reach those energies;
4 - build your executable.

I wrote a source program for Spread out bragg peak. I want to compile it in Flair. How should I do this? Please help me.: how to link source.f and compile at flair???
