yes, you can change the temperature of low energy neutron cross sections
to 87 or 4 kelvin if the data set is available for your target material.
You can look in the manual, section 10.4.1.2}, where you can find the
list of available dataset, with the indication of the temperature. If your
material is included in the list, you can assign the correct data set
through the LOW-MAT card.
