Hello Hamideh,
the error you are experiencing is likely caused by an outdated download url within the installation script. There is a pull request for this in the fluka_wsl repo but it hasn't been merged yet (
https://github.com/flukadocker/fluka_wsl/pull/5). You can manually apply the fix by executing "git pull origin pull/5/head" inside the fluka_wsl directory (the directory where the install.sh is located). Afterwards you should be able to proceed with the installation using ./install.sh.
