Yes, after I installed matplotlib, the problem disappeared.
I’m not so familiar with miniconda, I thought, matplotlib was installed automatically.
And now I can run FLAIR.

Dear Anna,
Matplotlib is a Python library for plotting. Usually, Flair uses either gnuplot or matplotlib to plot the results.
Here is what linux/ubuntu tells about it :
"Matplotlib is a pure Python plotting library designed to bring publication
quality plotting to Python with a syntax familiar to Matlab users. All of
the plotting commands in the pylab interface can be accessed either via a
functional interface familiar to Matlab users or an object oriented
interface familiar to Python users."
So you have to install this libray on your OS. Be aware that it could have some dependencies with other packages at the setup.

I tried to install new FLAIR version from
http://flair.web.cern.ch/flair/
I use Miniconda: conda 4.9.2
I tried to run FLAIR, but:

import matplotlib
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'matplotlib'
