Dear Mara,
from the log and out files it seems that your input file run well, and
produced results.
Where do you get the error message from?
The fluka run produces results in files named
Alphadecay200#_fort.21, with # from 1 to three (in your case).
Then, Flair can be used to sum the results of the three cycles (In the
Data-> merge tab). The resulting file should have the name
Alphadecay2.bnn. This file is used by flair
 to plot the results (in the plot tab).
At which stage do you get the error?
