Thank you very much for your e-mail and clarification.

I understand now that not all electrons set in motion are controlled by the DELTARAY card, but in FLUKA delta-rays are electrons, right? Also, when you said, "They are produced by photons", you were referring to the electrons I'm detecting in the USRBIN and USRTRACK cards when DELTARAY set to -1 (no deltaray production), right?

The THERESHOLD card with high values switches off elastic and nonelastic nuclear interactions, electrons disappear as well as all other secondary particles. High thresholds in DELTARAY and EMFCUT cards do the job.

the electrons are not delta-rays. They are produced by photons, which are
produced in inelastic interactions.
One can check adding a THRESHOLD card with high values in what(3) and(4),
so that inelastic interactions are not performed: electrons disappear
