Dear Xueyan Zhu,

the "weight" in this case is not the physical weight of the particle. It
is a quantity associated to a particle in radiation transport simulations
which specifies the "importance" this particle has in the simulation. In
the scoring, the particles is added to the scorer taken into account its
weight value. In many cases, this weight value is simply "1.", but when using
variance reduction methods, the particle may have a weight value different
from 1 (all this is taken into account automatically when using FLUKA
standard scorers like USRBIN, USRBDX, etc.).

For a more detailed discussion, I refer you to the "Biasing" lecture
material from the FLUKA courses (see e.g.
https://indico.cern.ch/event/753612/contributions/3121534/attachments/1974592/3285977/Biasing_2019.pdf).

Cheers,

         Stefan
