Dear Experts
As a newcomer to FLUKA and Flair I tried to do two things:
Firstly I compiled the code using gfortran. This produced the errors and warnings in the attached filed. I am not sure if these errors are significant as the code still seemed to run in a fashion.
Secondly I tried to duplicate the pion fluence example in section 2.2.13 of the manual.

I used the number based free format in the attached example.inp file.
I first tried to run it from the command line and the example001.out file, which I have attached, was produced.
I then tried to load it using Flair which generated the following Ouput warnings and errors which are included below. As I am still learning the code, I was not able to correct the warnings and errors.
Any help and advice with regard to the gfortran installation and in getting this example to work would be much appreciated.
