Hi,
One way that I can think of (never tried, though) is to read directly the binary .vxl
This is what/how it is written:
"
WRITE(31) TITLE
WRITE(31) NX,NY,NZ,NO,MO
WRITE(31) DX,DY,DZ
WRITE(31) VXL
WRITE(31) (KREG(IC),IC=1,MO)
"
Then edit and re-write.
For that you would need access to the "writect.f" routine. Others in this FLUKA-medical community will know better and probably have tools for it.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]:
Dear experts
How to modify an vxl file used for voxel phantoms.
How to edit them.
Do we require some special softwares to do it.
Thank you in advance.
