Dear Tamer,

in the file you attached, I do not see any error messages. Also the "make"
command exits cleanly, so everything seems to be in place.

What happens if you run your input from the commandline, e.g. without
FLAIR?

Could there be a problem with file permissions (e.g. FLAIR tries to access
files for which it does not have read or execute permissions)?
