Dear FLUKA development team,

I am trying to model DNA damage caused by the short pulsed electron beams, and would like to ask whether FLUKA has this capability. I read a forum from 2007, that stated this is not possible in FLUKA (Fluka discussion list archive: Re: cell simulation by fluka<http://www.fluka.org/web_archive/earchive/new-fluka-discuss/1075.html>), however, this forum is from 2007, has any advancements been made yet?

If it is still not possible to do this in FLUKA, do you have any software suggestions? I am aware that the Geant4 DNA has this capability, but I am looking for something with a user interface and something easier to use instead.

Thank you for your help,

Best regards,
Arpad Lenart
