I ended up figuring out that it is FLAIR that doesn’t recognize the particle DPA-NRT since I could run the input and I collected reasonable results. I understand that it is a minor issue to have to manually put DPA-NRT in the USRBIN card since FLAIR doesn’t provide the option nor recognize it.
I will take then the opportunity to bring up again an unresolved issue about scoring NIEL events with MGDRAW, I tried with the latest version and the same issue I reported in a previous email to Fluka-discuss “NIEL calculation with MGDRAW” appears. The MGDRAW events (both distributed and point like) show to be 0 in the collision tape while the NIEL-DEP USRBIN card shows a positive value.

Dear FLUKA experts,
We have recently installed the last FLUKA version 2021.2.6 and I wanted to try to score DPA-NRT, a functionality added a couple of versions ago if I’m not mistaken. Unfortunately I cannot find the “Part:” in the USRBIN scoring card. In the FLUKA manual I found that DPA-NRT is particle 259, so I put that value manually into the card but then FLUKA gives an error “Particle 259 not found!”.
To confirm that the right version is being used I run a short simulation and checked the output, “FLUKA2021 Version 2.6 May-22 by A.Ferrari DATE: 6/23/22 TIME:12.59:45”
Any possible causes for that error?
