Hi Alessandro,

I might be wrong, but to me this error message seems to hint at a compiler
mismatch between the downloaded FLUKA version and the compiler installed
and in use on your computer.

How did you install FLUKA, and does the installed version match with the
gfortran compiler you use?

You can find the compiler version by doing "gfortran --version", it should
give something like

GNU Fortran (Debian 10.2.1-6) 10.2.1 20210110
Copyright (C) 2020 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

The Fortran version of the installed FLUKA is given in the name of the
downloaded .tar.gz-file or on the FLUKA download page (for .rpm-files)
