I ran it with fluka2024.1.0 without issues. Also tested with an earlier version.
Your issues might indeed be related to your installation.
Do you even get an output file?

I have run the simulation again and still receive the same error message.

I am uncertain as to the source of this error. It may be related to my Fluka installation or to Flair. When I run Fluka with the command line, I receive the same error even when I have added the Global card.

If you are launching the jobs from within Flair, you can adjust the ‘attach timeout’ from the preferences panel as so:

after a few minutes Status: Time-out

I believe that adding a GLOBAL card with SDUM=OLDFLAIR should fix the issue you are seeing.
