..it should not be monoenergetic nor isotropic, unless I made everything
wrong.
Energy and angle distributions are sampled from parametrizations in IAEA
tech notes
Those are valid for a THICK target DT generator (stopping deuterons).
Not valid for thin target, this will be implemented in the near future.
Warning: one should give in the BEAM card the energy of the deuteron
beam, depending on the specs of the neutron generator used. Otherwise
zero is taken.
