Dear Ravi,
Since your input is handling ions above the BME energies (~140 MeV/n) the code needs to be linked with RQMD and DPMJET. This can be done explicitly using the ldpmqmd script to build the flukadpm executable - you can find more details in the link below addressing the same error message:

I am simulating a 1GeV & 10mA proton beam on a copper target. When I
have activated Coalescence & evaporation model, I am getting this error
"Coalescence activated and beam above BME limit with no rQMD Execution
terminated".
And how to link DPMJET and RQMD ?.
