How do i run this input file?

I am an Msc Medical Physics Student at University of Free state in South Af
rica.My research involves using Fluka Mc code to calculate neutron dose in
controlled areas of a Radiotherapy Department.

I am looking for help from you all fluka users. I have been following the
example in Flair manual but after building the input file(tutorial) attached
to this mail=2C the simulation did not run at all. I picked one of the
outputs (tutor003.out) but could not get a meaningful result. Well I
thought after debugging the geometry i have to compile an executable file
but there are no instructions on how to compile an executable file in
Flair manual or maybe i can not see the instruction but I have checked
several time i did not see them.Please fluka users could you please help
me with instructions onhow to compile an executable file maybe i will be
able to run my simulations.
