Hi Juan,

You might try to use FLUKA's tools (usbsuw) to merge several binary
USRBIN files from the command line to see if there is any issue reported
to the user. Additionally, you might also try to convert a binary file
into an ASCII file via usbrea to check the actual values.

I quickly ran your output and the created binary files seem to be okay.
In the attachment you can find a plot of one binary *fort.74 output
which loads just fine in SimpleGeo. So I'd assume that the problem
should be found in the post-processing step.
