Dear Mitja,
  I can suggest to implement the entire geometry for your particular setup
and do not use the LATTIC/ROT-DEFI, that's just a personal suggestion.
About your problem, I think that there is nothing related to fact that the
total number is 4 or more.
The most important thing: I have a very strong feeling that your geometry
cannot work because of precision. The position that you assign to PLA
bodies is expressed with too few digits. It is probable that there will
remain points of your space which remain undefined, according to the
precision standards of FLUKA checks. Therefore I would like to suggest
you to use the high-accuracy format and to activate the geometry debugger
using the GEOEND card with SDUM = DEBUG and check step by step your
geometry.
