fluka 2008.3b2 much slower than 2008.3b0

Dear Fluka developers and users,

I am experiencing a much longer run time (almost a factor of 10) on
the test problems that comes with the FLUKA after upgrading from
2008.3b0 to 2008.3b2. I am running them on a Fedora 11 32 bit machine.
Before I attempt to track down if there is anything else causing this
long computer run time, I just want to ask if anyone else is
experiencing the same thing after the upgrade.
