Dear Rochus,
no is not possible for the user, it is already at 100000 terms.
The limit could be reached quite easily if you have nested terms. Don't
forget that if you end up with a region expression of several thousands
of zones (or) then the tracking time will be considerably reduced.
Please try to optimize the way you are writing your regions
