Flair inserts material names unknown to FLUKA

Dear FLUKA users,

I've noticed that Flair 0.7.9 inserts for instance PHOSPHOR to the
MATERIAL card, but the new neutron library in FLUKA 2008.3c
(see page 25 of the FM.pdf guide ) recognizes the name PHOSPHO only.
Is it a feature or a bug?
