H- is not transported in FLUKA. By the way, generally the two electrons
are going to be immediately separated as soon as it interacts with matter,
but for very thin targets (i.e. just a strip foil), where as you know one
has given probabilities for H- survival and H0 production. On the other
hand, about resulting spectra, I do not expect that the proton and
electron energies are affected by the stripping process involving tens of
eV.
