Dear Experts and Users

I want to define a source as a user routine with Spectrum. This spectrum is
for head of medical linear accelerators so we must define an Isotropic
source is a sphere as a head But I don't know how can I define it in source
?

what 's the settings of "Beam" card and "Beampos"? or in subroutine?
