  Hi Maki,

the IJ's smaller than -6 are heavy ions that are ranging out. They are
below the transport threshold therefore no interaction takes places thus
no call to STUPRF apart from the exception of delta ray production.
However the moment that the ranged out particle is created, then the
STUPRF will be called of course with the IJ of the father, and all the
associated arrays SPAREK, ISPARK will be properly filled.
