fluka2011.2.8 released

Dear Fluka users

a respin of fluka2011.2, fluka2011.2.8, has been pushed to the web site.

The main news is that besides the "standard" g77 version, we built both a
version (64 bit) with gfortran 4.6.2 and a version with gfortran 4.5.1, in
order to help those users who cannot upgrade to gfortran 4.6.x. Please
take into account that we will not be able to go on for a long time
providing versions on different gfortran sub-flavours.

We also profited for implementing few small bug fixes, namely:

a) a possible crash in peanut (very rare) has been corrected
b) a bug in the Doppler profile in Compton scattering has been corrected
c) a rare crash in the high energy hadron-hadron generator has been
     corrected

Some of the corrections can imply a change of random number sequence, so,
as usual, all users are invited to update their version (physics is
exactly the same). Assistance will be provided for the latest respin only.
