The WokEl region was formatted in a strange way in Flair, so I
compressed the regions into larger single lines, and now it raises an
error related to neutron cross sections.

You do have a lot of custom materials, so you may want to investigate
what neutron cross sections are available for your input. I changed the
materials quickly to standard Fluka materials (which have neutron cross
section data), and the input file ran successfully.

The _modified.inp file is just the region clean up, and _modified2.inp
has the materials changed just for the quick test. The materials I
picked are most likely completely different than your custom ones and
was done just to get a successful run.
