Dear Mojdeh Najm,

to know if low-energy neutron cross sections are available for a given
element or isotope, you must look at Section 10.4.1.2 of the Manual.
Some lanthanides are available (La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, 159-Tb), but
Yb and Pr are not.
To turn off low-energy neutron transport, you must use LOW-BIAS with
WHAT(1) = 1.0 and WHAT(4-6) indicating the regions where you don't
waant low-energy neutron transport.
