Re: FRGHNS routine

Hallo Nicholas,

you find the FRGHNS user routine under usermvax (the user is supposed to input
the needed parameters to be passed to the surface roughness code routine).

Thank you for pointing out the sentence in the manual (note 1 in OPT-PROP), I
think this will be corrected.
