Hi,

no, the top table contains the activity of the ground state. The bottom
contains the isomers.
"Patching isomers" in FLUKA will simply split the production of a
specific isotope in (half-half) between ground and isomeric state (if it
exists).
If you make a prompt RESNUCLEi score (with no decay involved, not even
0s) you will get the production of Na-24 and Na-24m to be exactly the same.
In the decay scoring, you have the built up of the activity during the
irradiation. Therefore you have also the involvement of the half-life.
