Dear Roser,
   what would you like to obtain exactly from your simulation (i.e Dose,
Activity, Energy deposition etc..)?

Fluka simulates independently each primary particle therefore you must
scale the results (which are given per primary) to the total number of
particles (or particle flux).

Only when studying the the activation you must specify the correct
irradiation profile (see manual and lecture from the courses)
