Is BME ready for low energy Deuterons?

Hi all,
I am trying to score neutron production of 20MeV D on different materials.
I have traced all Deuteron related discussions and I found that in 2010
the BME code was not ready yet for atoms lighter than Alphas.
Has that been sorted out in the recent versions? Is it implemented via
IONTRANS command?
