how can I filter only Cerenkov radiation?

Hi, thanks to all supporters who helped me.

I want to calculate only Cerenkov radiation when electron beam with 20Mev
hits the quartz with 0.02mm.
  I did according to this

and I am not sure do I wrong or right?

can someone take a quick look and say is it correct input file or not?
