Scoring P-P Collisions

Hi FLUKA team,

I'm new to FLUKA and I'm trying to simulate p-p collisions from cosmic rays
onto the galactic gas. I am currently using a USRBIN scoring method. What
is the best way to accurately score it, so I get an output that shows
energy levels of particles produced by the collisions? Thank you.
