Dear Laura,
I don't think that your FLUPIX installation is working correctly.
In fact, the attachment of this email is a screenshot of what I see
when I start my Flupix. Inside that you can use fluka directly or
Flair, if you prefer. You'll find them configured in the shell or also
in the menu
