The three axis would be 1) Energy in GeV, 2) solid angle in erad, and 3) fluence or current (in your case) per unit energy (GeV), per unit solid angle (erad) and per primary.
The units are the same if you chose logarithmic scale, just the binning would differ.

There are several posts in the FLUKA list addressing similar questions, you may want to have a look.
